We work with global enterprises across BFSI, retail, healthcare, airlines, and platform-driven industries to transform how software is built, operated, and scaled in an AI-first world. Our work is anchored in Authentic AI™ — an approach that treats AI not as a feature or experiment, but as a continuously evolving system that must be engineered with intent, accountability, and governance. At StatusNeo, we don't just talk about AI transformation. We build it — across engineering platforms, AI-native SDLC, agentic systems, and enterprise operating models.
Platform Architect Focus:
Enterprise migration strategy from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, target CI/CD architecture, JFrog integration, and governance for complex Java/OSGi topologies. Key Responsibilities Architect the target platform and overall migration strategy for transitioning multi-Release Unit (RU) Java and OSGi enterprise applications from Jenkins to GitHub Actions workflows integrated with JFrog Artifactory. Design architectural patterns to untangle complex Java/OSGi dependency graphs, import/export package relationships, and multi-module release structures into modern, git-centric platform pipelines. Define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) blueprints and standardize containerized deployment patterns across cloud and Kubernetes environments. Establish platform governance, secrets management, identity access controls, and zero-trust security standards across multi-tier deployment environments. Design deployment patterns and automated rollback strategies tailored for enterprise applications with interdependent release units. Collaborate with engineering leadership to optimize build acceleration, build caching via JFrog, build telemetry, and platform cloud cost strategies. Key Qualifications 8+ years in Cloud/Platform Architecture with deep expertise in complex Java runtime environments, OSGi bundle frameworks, and OSGi dependency graph resolution (package import/export wiring). Proven track record architecting enterprise-scale platform migrations from Jenkins to GitHub Actions workflows. Hands-on experience integrating JFrog (Artifactory, Xray) for enterprise artifact lifecycle management, OSGi bundle resolution, and dependency caching. Mastery of Kubernetes, IaC tools, cloud-native networking, and enterprise identity management frameworks.
