full-time Job Responsibilities Write software design documents and implement the corresponding code. Develop and debug the embedded software running inside SOC power-management chips. Work with project team members on hardware/software integration testing, debugging and validation. Support customer projects and ensure a smooth ramp to mass production. Requirements Experience in low-level embedded software development; hands-on experience with at least one SOC chip and familiarity with the operation of common peripherals. Familiar with at least one CPU architecture (ARM, MIPS, PowerPC, etc.), and with interrupt, DMA, ADC and I2C modules. A working understanding of hardware, and proficiency with lab instruments. Solid C programming foundation, with the ability to read and maintain a codebase of meaningful size quickly. Knowledge of one or more of C++/Java/Python is a plus, especially the ability to write and debug host-side (Linux/Windows) applications. Exposure to common protocol specifications (USB, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) is a plus. Experience with power-related devices such as LDO, BUCK and BOOST is a plus. Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude towards completing assigned tasks. Education Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
