Job Description
Position summary Seeking a Lead Engineer to develop Azure-hosted APIs, Microsoft 365 integrations, event-driven services, ingestion pipelines, deployment automation, and operational-support capabilities. Responsibilities Develop historical and incremental SharePoint ingestion services. Implement Microsoft Graph notifications, delta queries, and permission synchronization. Build APIs, asynchronous workers, queues, and event-processing components. Implement hashing, duplicate detection, idempotency, retries, dead-letter processing, checkpoints, and replay. Integrate storage, databases, AI services, enterprise search, and frontend applications. Implement managed identities, Key Vault, telemetry, monitoring, and alerting. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates. Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production stabilization. Required skills Eight or more years in cloud application, platform, and integration engineering Advanced C#, .NET, Java, or Python REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI, secure coding, and automated testing Microsoft Graph, SharePoint notifications, delta queries, ACL extraction, and synchronization Azure Functions, Container Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault Idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, checkpointing, replay, and distributed tracing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, service principals, and managed identities Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Bicep or Terraform Key deliverables Azure platform and integration services Historical and incremental ingestion pipelines Application and integration APIs CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code components Monitoring, operational runbooks, and as-built documentation Preferred qualifications Microsoft Graph and SharePoint integration experience Experience leading cloud-engineering teams Azure Developer or DevOps Engineer certification
