Job Description
Job Description This engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining both customer-facing and internal production environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. They will troubleshoot complex issues involving infrastructure, applications, networking, databases, and integrations while ensuring system reliability and performance. The role will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Applications, and business stakeholders to diagnose problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. On a daily basis, the engineer will support hybrid Azure environments, perform system upgrades and patching, manage service requests, and contribute to modernization initiatives through Azure DevOps and automation. They will also build, integrate, and support AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft technologies, connecting enterprise systems through APIs and other integration methods. Success in this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between development, troubleshooting, cloud engineering, integrations, and stakeholder communication while taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
