Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to develop, administer, and support applications within a Microsoft technology environment. This role combines software development, application support, troubleshooting, and systems administration across on-premises and cloud-based architectures. Key Responsibilities Build and support system integrations in partnership with technical SMEs. Design, program, implement, test, install, and configure applications. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes , and develop resolution plans. Identify and remediate IT vulnerabilities in a timely manner. Support users and technical staff while adhering to software and change management standards . Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and contribute to ongoing application support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering , or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack. Strong experience with .

NET, SQL

Server, IIS, and Windows desktop/server OS . Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Active Directory, and Entra ID . Knowledge of networking and hosting fundamentals supporting complex IT environments. Current, relevant Microsoft certifications and experience working within formal IT change controls. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $55-$60/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
