Job Description The Senior Engineer serves as a technical leader within the project, driving requirements management, system architecture development, traceability, safety compliance, and issue resolution throughout the entire product lifecycle. What you can look forward to as
Senior System Engineer:
Analyze, review, clarify, and decompose customer, regulatory, and internal stakeholder requirements for ADAS, automotive perception, front camera, and safety-related systems. Identify requirement gaps between customer expectations and platform or core product capabilities, then define bridging requirements and technical trade-offs. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across the V-Cycle, from stakeholder requirements through system verification and validation. Manage requirements baselines, changes, and impact analysis using approved requirements management tools and processes. Engage with customers to resolve ambiguities, align system expectations, and negotiate feasible technical solutions. Develop and maintain logical and physical system architectures, including system models, interface definitions, operational scenarios, and functional decompositions using MBSE tools. Collaborate with hardware, software, perception, safety, validation, functional safety, and cybersecurity teams to ensure architectural consistency, feasibility, compliance, and risk mitigation. Support HARA, FSC, TSR, System
FMEA, FTA, ASPICE, ISO 26262
compliance, customer-specific requirements, audits, assessments, and customer reviews. Your profile as
Senior Systems Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, electrical, software or similar discipline). Minimum 5+ years of experience in Automotive Systems Engineering. Experience working on ADAS, autonomous driving, or safety-critical automotive systems. Strong experience with IBM Rational DOORS / Codebeamer, IBM Rhapsody/ Enterprise Architect (preferred) Working knowledge of CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Vehicle diagnostics and communication protocols (preferred) Deep understanding of Requirements Engineering, System Architecture Design, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) (preferred)
