As a Systems Engineer , you will support the implementation and maintenance of server and network architecture in a food manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do:

Install and configure servers, network devices, and related hardware. Troubleshoot IT infrastructure hardware and software issues. Support senior engineers in projects and daily operations. Use tools and processes to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues. Maintain a stable, high performance IT environment and contribute to infrastructure improvements. Develop and update infrastructure documentation and procedures. Resolve assigned issues independently and participate in 24 hour on call rotation. Participate in ongoing infrastructure upgrades and Lean/CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives as a Green Belt.

What We Look For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CIS, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience. Knowledge of Windows server environments, SAP, databases, backup/restore processes, IP based networking, and server level troubleshooting. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, numeric data analysis, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
