Job Description
The Senior L2 Production Support Engineer will provide application and production support for enterprise systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure application availability and stability in a production environment.

- Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues
- Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot Linux and OpenShift environments
- Support application deployments and production releases
- Monitor system health and application performance
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Maintain incident and technical documentation
- Participate in production support activities and escalation processes
- Support application stability and continuous improvement initiatives
