About us Ballers Bank Group is one of the largest live commerce operations in the sports card and collectibles space. We run seven brands across studios in Las Vegas, San Jose, and London, with 20+ active hosts broadcasting daily on TikTok Shop. When a stream goes down, revenue stops, so, our streaming stack has to be fast, stable, and repeatable across every studio and every account. We're looking for a technical consultant who lives and breathes OBS and TikTok LIVE Studio to keep that stack dialed in. What you'll do Audit and optimize our OBS / TikTok Studio configurations across both US studios — encoder settings, bitrate, resolution, latency, scene structure, and overlay performance Build standardized, repeatable stream profiles so any host can go live on any station without a custom setup Troubleshoot live issues on-call: dropped frames, encoder overload, audio sync, capture card failures, disconnects mid-stream Optimize multi-account and multi-station setups so several brands can broadcast concurrently without conflict Advise on hardware and capture chain decisions (encoders, capture cards, workstation specs) as they relate to stream quality Recommend and configure overlays, alerts, scene automation, and any tooling that reduces host friction Leave us better than you found us: document the setup so our producers and hosts can maintain it What we're looking for Required Deep, hands-on expertise with OBS Studio (scenes, sources, filters, profiles, encoder tuning, plugins) and TikTok LIVE Studio Direct experience supporting live commerce / live selling streams — TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Fanatics Live, or similar. This is not corporate webinar or gaming-only work, and the difference matters to us Experience running or supporting multiple concurrent streams and multiple accounts in a studio environment Genuine on-call availability during live windows, including nights and weekends, with fast response when a stream is down Strong troubleshooting instincts under time pressure — you can diagnose a failing stream in minutes, not hours Nice to have Familiarity with the sports card, TCG, or collectibles space Experience with capture cards, ATEM/switchers, and multi-camera studio setups Comfort writing clear SOPs and training non-technical hosts Engagement details This is an ongoing consulting relationship, not a one-time project.

Volume varies:

expect a heavier block up front while we standardize the studios, then steady on-call support with periodic optimization work. Most work is remote. We'll cover travel for on-site sessions in Las Vegas and San Jose.

Pay:
