Information Technology Corporate Headquarters Overview Lutron is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Leader to join our Information Technology team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this role, you will drive technical leadership across the organization—guiding decisions from high-level strategy through detailed project planning and execution. You will collaborate with a dynamic, forward-thinking team that values continuous learning and knowledge sharing. As we continually refine our existing systems and explore emerging technologies, you will play a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing the tools and services that will shape our future. Responsibilities Evolve and expand the IT system architecture to support short term and long-term business needs and long-term architectural needs, as the company continues to scale. Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies to drive business value increase, cost effectiveness and systems flexibility. Collaborate with other Architects to establish and govern technical standards, guidelines, and architectural principles across the organization, ensuring adherence through robust governance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration for consistent software development practices. Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including onboarding of new applications and analysis of cost reduction opportunities. Assure a high standard of quality in your work. Mentor and coach colleagues to expand the effectiveness of those around you. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices by identifying and mitigating risks/vulnerabilities in software architectures, while collaborating with security and compliance teams to maintain secure development practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA is required 10 years of enterprise/data/system architecture experience, including strategic architecture planning, system development, and hands-on business requirements gathering/analysis preferred Expertise in enterprise platforms and software evaluation, including ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and service tools required Advanced knowledge of modern cloud and architecture practices, including managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) required Understanding of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) methodology plus demonstrated ability to lead projects using Agile and DevOps required Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems, with a good understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
