Your Team and Role Working on the IT Ops Team, you'll support nearly 400 team members with the necessary internal tools and systems that empower them to complete their projects with expertise, speed, and ease. You'll work on projects to continuously review and improve service delivery standards and mechanisms for internal tools with the goal of consistently delivering excellent and trustworthy IT Services, and work on other related projects.

About You You have 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 4+ years leading teams, and a track record of setting team roadmaps and adapting swiftly as priorities shift. Experience supporting cloud and SaaS applications, including Office 365, connected via Entra SSO / IDP, SharePoint, etc. Experience in user lifecycle management. Experience using AI to accelerate work, including AI-assisted development and the use of AI agents. Experience administrating and managing medium-to-large Microsoft Entra tenants, preferably using Terraform or some other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technology.
