About the Role We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Managed Services Engineer to support and maintain IT environments for a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. While experience with networking, servers, and cybersecurity is valuable, we place a higher emphasis on attitude, communication skills, and a passion for technology. We are committed to training the right individual and helping them grow their technical expertise. What You'll Do Provide technical support and exceptional customer service to clients. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain networks, servers, and IT systems. Support implementations of networking, wireless, firewall, cybersecurity, and virtualization solutions. Respond to service tickets and system alerts in a timely manner. Assist with configuring and supporting switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and Microsoft environments. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Collaborate with engineers and field technicians to deliver successful IT solutions. What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Preferred Experience Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. Microsoft 365 administration. Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing. Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Firewalls, wireless networking, and cybersecurity concepts. Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is a plus. Education & Certifications Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and technical aptitude will be considered. Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or Fortinet are a plus but not required. #staffingl
