Job Description
Job Description Insight Global s seeking an experienced Integration Engineer/Application Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and production support of robotic automation solutions at customer sites. This role will work directly with customers to integrate robotic systems into warehouse and manufacturing environments, ensuring successful implementation, system reliability, and KPI achievement.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with software integration, APIs, networking, and troubleshooting complex systems in production environments. This role requires excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams to resolve technical issues. Skills and Requirements Experience in software integration, application engineering, systems engineering, or related fields.
Strong experience integrating systems through REST APIs.
Experience with Python development and scripting.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting experience.
Experience testing and validating software/system integrations.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in industrial or warehouse environments.
