Job Summary Our client, a leading Fortune 500 Oil & Gas company, is seeking a Terraform Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

100% onsite Core Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise Terraform codebases supporting cloud infrastructure Develop reusable Terraform modules and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards Manage Terraform state, deployment workflows, and automated provisioning processes Administer Azure infrastructure including networking, compute, storage, load balancing, and identity services Support CI/CD integrations for infrastructure deployment and automation initiatives Implement and maintain security controls, RBAC policies, and disaster recovery solutions Troubleshoot platform availability, performance issues, and infrastructure-related incidents Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure administration in enterprise environments Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and best practices Experience maintaining and supporting large-scale Terraform codebases Strong knowledge of Terraform modules, state management, workspaces, variables, and secrets management Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure deployment pipelines Strong understanding of Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, security, RBAC, and governance Proven troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience supporting highly regulated or disconnected cloud environments Experience supporting enterprise SQL Server infrastructure Familiarity with cloud security best practices and governance frameworks Experience implementing high-availability and disaster recovery architectures Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization initiatives Exposure to GIS or location-based technology platforms Experience working within Agile delivery environments Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple technical teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Focus on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement Ownership mentality with a commitment to delivering reliable, scalable solutions

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $57.00 and $82.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
