Job Description
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IT operations across servers, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user technologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining a secure, scalable, and highly available technology environment while supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements and operational initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud-connected environments.
Administer core Microsoft technologies, identity services, and endpoint management platforms.
Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency efforts.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
Strengthen security posture through vulnerability remediation, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure best practices.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders on technology projects and operational support.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability across the IT environment.
