Job Description

Job Title:

Desktop Support Engineer We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and business applications . Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using Active Directory/Entra ID . Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues. Handle L1/L2 incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA compliance. Maintain IT asset inventory and support endpoint security and patching.

Skills Required:

Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, remote support, and ITSM/ticketing tools. Good to

Have:

Intune, SCCM/MECM, Entra ID, PowerShell, and enterprise support experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
