Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customer lab facilities and first-market applications Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities Conduct proof-of-concept testing with customers for pre-commercial products and next-gen Radio access technology Support Ericsson NPI projects - integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing across BBU (baseband units) and Radios on various technologies/bands Serve as the technical point of contact for the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer, and EU, resolving issues throughout the project Participate in lab testing, working with the delivery manager and customer to define scope, resources, and timeline Execute the Test Object List (TOL) Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in existing networks Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
