We design, install, and support video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm, and low-voltage network systems for hospitality, multifamily, and commercial clients. Our project managers are called Customer Success Managers because they own each job from sales handoff to final walkthrough and are the client's main point of contact throughout. What You'll Do Take over projects from sales and review scope, drawings, and BOMs to catch problems before they reach the field. Plan, schedule, and staff installations across QOVO crews and subcontractors. Procure equipment, track drop-ships, and ensure materials arrive on site before the crew. Coordinate with general contractors on schedules, submittals, and site requirements. Keep clients informed on project progress, changes, and issues. Write and process change orders when field conditions differ from the quote. Visit job sites to verify quality, track progress, and resolve issues. Close out projects with as-builts, documentation, and customer training. Work with accounting on progress billing and final job costing. What You Bring 3+ years managing or leading commercial low-voltage or security installations. Recent hands-on field experience installing and programming security systems (strongly preferred). Solid understanding of IP cameras and video management systems (VMS), access control (readers, locks, door hardware, controllers), and intrusion alarm systems. Working knowledge of IP networking, including PoE, VLANs, switching, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to read floor plans and low-voltage drawings and turn them into a realistic schedule. Clear, proactive client communication, including raising problems before the customer finds them. Strong organization, with the ability to run multiple jobs at once without dropping details. Bonus Points Experience with Avigilon, Verkada, Genetec, Meraki, UniFi, or similar platforms. Manufacturer certifications, NICET, or

C-7/C-10
