Job Summary:

This role involves conducting thorough testing of Identity and Access Management controls to ensure compliance with established frameworks. The successful candidate will partner with IT teams to validate control designs, identify weaknesses, and guide remediation efforts. Responsibilities include detailed documentation, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to support audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute IAM compliance testing activities and document findings. Plan and perform IT compliance testing, including walkthroughs and detailed control evaluations. Validate control effectiveness and create clear, audit-ready documentation. Identify and report IT control deficiencies, recommending corrective actions. Analyze data using advanced Excel to support testing conclusions and reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in IAM control testing and ITGC. Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Industry Experience:

Experience in IT audit and compliance, with a focus on IT General Controls (ITGC) and frameworks like NIST, is required.
