This person must have experienced in, time management/scheduling (software and in field), requesting parts, supervising installation personnel and reviewing drawings and permitting. Communication with the customers is key. This position can manage anywhere from 10 jobs to 30 jobs, but remember, there are a handful that are active at a time. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 4-6 installation and service technicians. You will work daily with the service dispatcher to schedule service calls for technicians and be overall responsible for the operation of the branch. You

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

in some low voltage installations: CCTV, Access Control, Gate Operators. Project Management Review all new projects received within 8 business hours of receiving. Initial Contact with Customer within 16 business hours of receiving order from the sales dept. Review all projects with the proper salesperson and customer if need be. Ongoing communication with Customer. Complete permit applications and submit to municipalities. Update Project Jacket with all communications, ordering or any related info daily. Schedule installations and inspections. Schedule Build-up of parts/materials with purchasing department and project administrator Perform walk-off/closeout inspections with customer. Submit Billing information to project administrator. Assist Sales Representatives when needed on new proposals Service Management Conduct random inspection of service calls. Vehicle inspections. Quality control. Supervise and inspect work done by service crew. Work with service crew as necessary. Perform service calls as needed. Maintain and track inventory for warehouse and trucks Installation Management Quality assurance-insure that all installers/technicians are doing quality work in form and function. Assist in the installation Check installation prior to walk-off with customer. Analyze and review installation process. Supervise and inspect work done by installation crew.
