•Area 2 - All T32 Excepted Technicians within the INNG (Any Tenure). Duties Help Serves as the Wing Informion Protection Program Manager executing/enforcing all operional, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the program. Makes informion protection risk assessments and risk management/mitigion stregies/recommendions based on intelligence-derived thre issues th may require deviions from or synthesis of policies. Delivers, Security Awareness and Educion Programs to sisfy security educion and training requirements for all assigned organizions. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigion. May be required to successfully complete a probionary period. The employee required to take a drug test. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty stion on military or commercial aircraft. This is a drug testing designed position. The incumbent is subject to random drug testing. The employee required to obtain and maintain a TS-SCI security clearance. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. Department of Defense Security Fundamentals Professional Certificion (SFPC), Security Program Integrion Professional Certificion (SPIPC) and Security Asset Protection Professional Certificion (SAPPC) conferrals are required. The above listed certificion required within 2 years of the established employee EOD or initial assignment de to this position in accordance with DOD 3305.13-M, DoD Security Accredition and Certificion. This position is designed as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparion for, or in response to, a ste emergency or disaster declarion. Qualificions

GENERAL EXPERIENCE

3 years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to least GS-4, th demonstres the ability to: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gher pertinent da, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communice effectively orally and in writing. Such experience may have been gained in administrive, professional, technical, investigive, or other responsible work. Experience in substantive and relevant secretarial, clerical, or other responsible work may be qualifying as long as it provided evidence of the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) necessary to perform the duties of the position to be filled.

AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have least one year of specialized experience equivalent to least the GS-11 level in the federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying, interpreting, and adapting established security program policies, procedures, and regulions to resolve conventional security issues. Examples of qualifying experience could include: Independently reviewing and analyzing security problems to recommend corrective actions based on an interpretion of existing policies and regulions; OR Administering a security clearance program (e.g., for SCI) by processing, tracking, and verifying clearances and accesses for personnel; OR Conducting assessments or self-inspections of security programs to ensure compliance with established directives and resolving discrepancies. AND Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position.
