6 months Pay Range 70/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA/SIPA, ZDX) and enterprise network security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing secure access solutions, web security policies, threat monitoring, and security incident analysis while ensuring secure connectivity across the enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), ZPA/SIPA, and ZDX platforms. Configure and manage web filtering, URL categorization, SSL inspection, and security policies . Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and internet connectivity issues. Perform security impact assessments and implement approved configuration changes. Monitor security events and integrate Zscaler logs with SIEM platforms for threat detection and analysis. Support Zscaler Client Connector deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Manage App Connector upgrades and application migration activities. Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Support cloud security initiatives, including GenAI application security and traffic path design. Review firewall changes and prepare change requests for approval. Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and application teams to ensure secure access. Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, and change tickets.

ZPA/SIPA

(Zscaler Private Access) ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience) Strong understanding of: Network Security Firewalls Routing & Switching DNS Proxy Technologies SSL Inspection Experience with: SIEM Monitoring (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.) Security Event Analysis Threat Investigation Incident Response Experience with endpoint security tools and secure access agents. Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes. Preferred Skills Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cloud Security & SASE Architecture GenAI Security Controls CASB Solutions Application Security Policies Security Automation Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Certifications (Preferred) Zscaler

CompTIA Security CCNP Security CISSP Experience Required 8 years of Network Security experience. 5 years of hands-on Zscaler administration experience.
