Operations Data Analyst Job Responsibilities Build and Maintain Operational Data Models Develop and optimize operational data models and KPI frameworks for stations and sorting centers. Support business decisions through accurate and actionable data analysis. Operations Data Analysis Analyze key operational processes, including delivery, sorting, and fulfillment. Identify trends, operational issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost performance. Data Monitoring & Reporting Monitor operational KPIs and identify data anomalies. Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Python to provide timely insights for management. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Support business improvements through actionable analysis and recommendations. Field Operations Support Visit stations and sorting centers as needed to understand operational processes and provide on-site analytical support. Help frontline teams identify issues and improve operational performance through data analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in data analysis; experience in logistics, supply chain, last-mile delivery, or e-commerce is preferred. Proficient in Python, SQL, or R , with strong data processing and analytical skills. Experience with Tableau, Power BI , or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data warehousing/ETL concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively across teams. Understanding of logistics and operations is preferred. Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. region as business needs require.
