We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our Inside Sales team in a full-time, on-site role. What you will be doing Collect data from a variety of sources, such as databases and web analytics. Clean data by removing errors and inconsistencies to ensure quality. Organize data into the correct formats for analysis. Analyze data using statistical methods to draw conclusions. Present findings by interpreting the analysis and communicating it to a wider audience, such as executives or stakeholders. Create visualizations — charts, graphs, and narratives — to make data understandable and actionable. Process confidential data and information according to company guidelines. Monitor and assess real-time operations reports and stats to help drive operational efficiency. What we are looking for Entry level: 0-2 years of experience. Ability to learn quickly, grow with the role, and be coachable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members. Excellent detail orientation and attentive skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compensation Pay Range:

$25-$35 per hour (Full-Time). The posted range reflects base compensation for this role. Final offer within the range depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
