We're seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to support a global content and campaign planning organization. In this highly visible role, you'll help maintain the centralized platform used by senior leaders across marketing, publicity, and programming to make critical scheduling, campaign, and resourcing decisions. Pay Rate Range - $65-70/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

Attend stakeholder meetings and capture key decisions, updates, and action items Transform unstructured information into clean, reliable, and organized data Maintain and improve records related to content slates, production timelines, and marketing campaigns Partner directly with senior leaders to validate information and resolve data conflicts Handle confidential and pre-release content with professionalism and discretion Identify process improvements and help shape evolving workflows

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Operations, Research, Reporting, or similar functions Entertainment or media industry experience with content slates, production schedules, release timelines, or title-level data Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities Excellent written communication and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift Nice to Have Airtable experience Marketing, campaign planning, media, or creative operations data experience The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
