Local to Hartford, CT in Hybrid mode.Duration:

- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with proven expertise in Python and SQL (large dataset handling, complex joins, aggregations, performance optimization).
- Experience working with large-scale datasets for data quality assessment, reconciliation, or cleansing.
- Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts — entitlements, user groups, roles, access certification — strongly preferred; SailPoint experience a plus.
- Ability to identify data anomalies, inconsistent access patterns, and policy violations within complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present to stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Data Governance initiatives (policy definition, data stewardship, access review frameworks).
- Exposure to identity governance tools beyond SailPoint is a plus.
