Learn from a mentor, who can provide guidance, support and career advice. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations. This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
Internship responsibilities may include:
Reduce duration/intensity of customer reliability issuesAssist with escalation researchOwn customer resolution through compliance checks and internal department escalation for resolutionIdentify trends using data and AI/ML research methods.
Required QualificationsMust be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degreeMust have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentAnalytical skillsCommunication Skills - Verbal and WrittenProficiency in
