Responsibilities Monitor live sales activities and operational metrics using advanced reporting and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce dashboards. Develop, maintain, and improve real-time dashboards to support sales management and business analysis efforts. Analyze sales data using Excel functions like

VLOOKUP, SQL

queries, and other data analysis techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights for sales forecasting and planning. Support the creation of business intelligence reports that facilitate quick decision-making and strategic adjustments. Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions. Assist in forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data, current trends, and market conditions to support proactive business strategies. Qualifications Proven experience with business intelligence software including Tableau, Power BI, Visio, and data visualization tools. Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation from databases or CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud. Familiarity with sales management systems proficiency including Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Demonstrated ability in business analysis, quantitative analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting insights clearly to diverse audiences. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Salesforce analytics, dashboard development platforms, and business intelligence report generation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making.
