The Data Analyst I Curant Rare supports the Curant Rare team by maintaining reports, validating data, and providing operational insights that help improve patient services and manufacturer reporting. This role works closely with Operations, Pharmacy, IT, and leadership to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in reporting or data analysis, enjoys working with data, and is looking to grow their skills in Power BI, SQL, and healthcare analytics. Essential Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Support Maintain recurring Power BI dashboards and operational reports. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal teams and manufacturer partners. Monitor key operational metrics, including referrals, patient onboarding, prior authorizations, dispensing activity, and service levels. Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. Assist with maintaining reporting documentation and standard operating procedures. Data Validation & Quality Validate reports and data against source systems to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams. Support data quality initiatives by identifying trends and potential issues. Document reporting updates, validation steps, and changes to reports. Data Analysis Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Create charts, dashboards, and summaries that communicate key insights. Respond to routine reporting requests and assist with ad hoc analysis. Support leadership with data needed for operational meetings and business reviews. Collaboration & Support Partner with Operations, Pharmacy, IT, and other departments to support reporting needs. Participate in testing and validation of new reports and reporting enhancements. Communicate reporting questions, findings, and data issues in a clear and professional manner. Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field (internships and relevant project work may be considered). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and basic data analysis. Basic experience using Power BI to create or maintain reports and dashboards. Working knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, filters, and aggregations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, life sciences, or patient services. Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, or data visualization best practices. Experience supporting KPI reporting or operational dashboards. Understanding of data validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
