In this role, you will collect, validate, and analyze data from farms and processing facilities, tracking trends in flock health, yields, and operational efficiency. You will build reports and dashboards for operations and leadership, ensuring data integrity and traceability for organic and antibiotic-free products. Working closely with farm and QA teams, you will help drive process improvements in a family-oriented, values-driven environment. Responsibilities Collect, validate, and maintain production, quality, and welfare data across farms and facilities Analyze trends in yield, feed conversion, flock health, and processing performance Develop reports and dashboards for operations, quality, and leadership teams Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and traceability for organic and antibiotic-free products Collaborate with farm, processing, and QA teams to improve processes and outcomes Support compliance reporting and documentation for animal welfare and sustainability standards Create and maintain data dictionaries, SOPs, and basic data governance practices Assist in implementing new data tools and systems to streamline reporting Required Skills Data analysis Microsoft Excel SQLBusiness intelligence tools Data visualization Data quality and validation Reporting and dashboard creation Basic statistics Database querying Agriculture or food production data knowledge
