$22.00/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clerical data entry and foundational data analysis. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity across our databases, identifying operational trends, and generating routine reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Data Input & Maintenance:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain structured information across company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Data Cleaning & Quality Control:
Audit datasets regularly to identify, correct, or remove errors, duplicate records, and formatting inconsistencies.
Data Analysis:
Conduct basic analytical reviews to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting daily operations.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Prepare routine operational reports, performance metrics, and basic dashboards for internal teams and leadership.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection workflows and optimize overall data integrity.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
High school diploma, Associate degree, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Sheets. Experience or familiarity with SQL, database management, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Accuracy & Efficiency:
Exceptional typing speed and strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to clarify data discrepancies and explain findings to team members.
Schedule Initial Training:
First 2 weeks will be held on the first shift.
