Job Description

Job Description Lead data conversion activities for hospital acquisitions, mergers, Epic implementations, and Epic optimization initiatives. Analyze legacy system data structures and map source data to Epic conversion specifications. Utilize Epic Bridges and integration technologies to transform, load, and validate conversion datasets. Support conversion of patient demographics, encounters, orders, results, medications, immunizations, allergies, problem lists, provider data, documents, and historical clinical records. Develop and execute conversion testing strategies, including small-scale, large-scale, dress rehearsal, and production conversions. Perform data reconciliation and validation activities to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of migrated data.
