Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates all incoming customer concerns and forwards issues to appropriate quality staff. Ensures accuracy of reporting and timeliness of documentation in accordance with quality systems procedures.

• Maintain and update Operation Manuals & monthly performance metric charts (QOS)
• Handle confidential information on a regular basis
• Participate in Continual Improvement activities
• File and maintain documents from customers and suppliers
• Maintain and update internal monthly and weekly Quality charts and presentations
• Maintain and update

monthly Quality charts and presentations

• Maintain and distribute scrap reports
• Generate trend charts and other analytical presentations
• Analyze data for discrepancies and effectiveness
• Create and analyze special cause data for trends and possible solutions
• Create and analyze quality data for predictive measures
• Create inspection instructions by photographing the inspection process, parts, and fixture and implementing the photos into the instruction text.
• Access daily and monitor customer web sites for quality concerns, bulletins, and updated documents
• Preparation and maintenance of process inspection instructions, reports and quality alerts
