Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in the analysis of data, creation of reports, dashboards, and other analytical results to assist the banks lines of business make informed decisions. Works directly with each departments leaders to identify analytical requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Participate in data quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.

Support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Communication Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.

Economics and Accounting Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Computer Skills Proficient computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity and advanced features of word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to learn new specialized software.

Clerical Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.

Banking-- Knowledge of financial industry and bank dynamics, and knowledge of banks products and services, and bank security and transaction policies.

Active Learning Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision making.

Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Monitoring Monitoring/assessing your performance to make improvements or take corrective action.

Law and Government Knowledge of banking laws and regulations. Bank Secrecy Act In the performance of all the respective tasks and duties, employee will maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security and bank policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors or Masters degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field or applicable educational experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL) is preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL/WORK CONDITIONS
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
