Required
Experience in sales operations and customer usage reporting, including preparation, validation, and delivery of reports.
Proven analytical skills to review large datasets, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within timelines and quality standards.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, GCP, or BigQuery.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferences
Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.
Ability to document operational processes, maintain procedures, track request volumes, and identify efficiency improvements.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and deliver customer usage reports.
Review datasets, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests, delivering results within timelines and standards.
Collaborate with various teams to clarify reporting requirements, resolve data issues, and communicate status.
Document processes, maintain standard procedures, and track performance metrics.
