This role is responsible for supporting enterprise applications, maintaining critical master data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and providing analytical and operational support to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical skills, finance and cost accounting knowledge, ERP system expertise, and a commitment to data quality and process excellence. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Primarily Remote but MUST live in the Horsham/Lehigh Valley, PA or Dallas, TX areas.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, Accounting or Finance major preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered Experience supporting business systems, master data, or ERP applications CPG Manufacturing industry experience preferred Minimum of 1-5 years of progressive finance experience Cost accounting experience strongly preferred Technical Skills Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Oracle ERP experience or experience with a comparable ERP system is required Experience working with master data management, reporting, and business process controls Ability to analyze/troubleshoot system and data issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Oracle item master, product data, manufacturing, inventory, or costing modules Knowledge of product lifecycle management, engineering change processes, or master data governance Experience with reporting and data analysis tools Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes Advanced project support and cross-functional collaboration experience Experience documenting business processes and operational procedures salary: $45 - $50 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
