3022312770-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Analyze warranty, customer, technical and field-quality data for Honda Powersports and Products to identify emerging concerns, quantify scope and cost impact, and support investigations and countermeasures. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports, validate data, and collaborate across quality and market-analysis teams. Responsibilities Analyze warranty claims, customer relations contacts, Tech Line reports and field-quality reports to identify defect trends and cost impact. Monitor assigned models, prioritize quality concerns and present issue scope and severity in quality meetings. Support market-quality investigations, root-cause analysis, countermeasure development and performance tracking. Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and recurring reports, including data modeling, automation and validation. Collaborate with Market Analysis and Quality Operations to publish monthly quality reports. Coordinate assigned work, resources, deadlines, documentation and departmental operational activities.
