We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, databases, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases. Use Excel and analytical tools to perform data analysis and reporting. Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools . Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies. Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports as required. Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights. Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, operations, and business teams. Document data sources, reporting processes, metrics, and analytical methodologies. Support automation and improvement of recurring reporting processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics , or a related field. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with Excel , including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, validation, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Python or R for data analysis. Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle . Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive analytics. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms . Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
