S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency Open to Public Duties Help Provides direct support to the Deputy Director, Chief Informion Officer (CIO) in the applicion of fact-finding and investigive techniques, da analytics, forecasting, stistical and da modeling, stistical methods and techniques and theory, stistical software and computer programs to perform computer analysis of stistical da and finding, programming languages and integring multiple systems through coding. Additionally, provide indirect support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for special projects the CEO's discretion. Ability to communice findings both orally and in writing to Executives and the CEO/Director, Business and Support Services Division. Assists the

as a key facilitor and da relionship manager to the Regional and Installion Community and MCCS leadership, to understand business requirements and align financial analyses with stregic objectives. Serves as a recognized expert, coordining the flow of informion from and to Deputy Director CIO and CEO/Director Business and Support Services (MR), with regard to installion or regional combined alignment efforts for developing, coordining, integring and implementing business analytics and artificial intelligence solutions into effective and efficient business operions in full compliance with Department of War (DoW), Department of Navy (DoN), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) policies, plans and programs. Conducts briefings to inform and advise MCCS leadership of emerging issues and current efforts of critical issues or anticiped problems. Coordines on the preparion of informion/briefings/presentions for use by MR Deputies and other senior management officials. Prepares briefings, reports, or other necessary documention to upde leadership on MCCS operions. Prepares written responses to external inquiries on MCCS operions. This may include Congressional inquiries, taskings, and other work required by the Deputy Director CIO and CEO/Director Business and Support Services (MR).

Stistical Da Analysis:

• Apply advanced stistical techniques and models.
• Use stistical models to forecast sales, demand, and inventory needs.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment to support stregic decision-making.
• Collabore with marketing and business operions directores to develop pricing stregies and optimize promotional activities.
• Collabore with peer da scientist in financial management directore to support required efforts, plans, and analysis.
• Identify key financial and operional business indicors and develop meaningful reports and white papers to facilite decision-making. Illustrions of the types of work to be performed include:

• Establishing procedures for da storage and retrieval;
• Establishing systems of classificion and coding;
• Exploring da using various means available to find insights and trends th may go undiscovered in traditional research;
• Identifying da required for use in the management and direction of programs;
• Planning da disseminion systems;
• Planning, organizing, and overseeing the operion of a survey;

EVALUATIONS

Knowledge of business operions, specifically retail operions, and theories, principles, and practices to complete difficult assignments relive to planning, developing and implementing stregies throughout Marine Corps Exchanges, Marine Corps Hospitality Services, and Marine Corps Community Services.
