This role is responsible for defining and managing system requirements to support information warfare data analysis and visualization efforts. Program Overview This position directly contributes to enhancing decision-making processes by transforming complex operational data into actionable insights.

Active Secret clearance required (must be current and transferable) Responsibilities Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, understanding business systems and industry requirements Extract, analyze, validate, and manage project requirements throughout the project lifecycle Decompose complex problems, identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and prioritize needs Author requirements such as epics and user stories, adhering to best practices Facilitate requirements sessions and communicate business needs to technical teams Identify and escalate potential requirements gaps to senior leadership Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and maintain quality assurance of products Work as part of cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers and SMEs Use project management tools such as Jira Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines (Master's preferred) Four years' experience in a related field Active Secret clearance (must be current and transferable) Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and leadership briefings Experience with data visualization and operational analytics

Compensation Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 Final compensation based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance. Address 115 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23435 Work Model Onsite, 5 days per week in Suffolk, VA; no regular travel required. Notes The onboarding process includes CAC card issuance, system access provisioning, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Estimated 2 weeks for base access; full system/email access may take slightly longer.
