Pay Range:

$80.00 - $90.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decisions by analyzing customer behavior and supporting new initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to translate complex findings into actionable insights and contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions. The position offers opportunities for growth in data science and experimentation within a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of team strategies by providing data-driven insights into customer behavior. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address well-defined business questions. Design and execute A/B tests, with support on more advanced experimental designs. Assist in evaluating and integrating new analytical and AI approaches. Develop core data science skills and contribute to team learning.

Must-Have Skills:

4-6 years of data science experience. Proficiency in designing and interpreting A/B tests. Strong communication skills for presenting findings. Experience in the fintech industry, specifically in banking, lending, or payments, is preferred but not strictly required.
