#89732 Job Description An aerospace client is looking for a Systems Engineer Modeling Simulation with Active Top Secret Polygraph Clearance who will support our Mission Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) department.

$100/hr. on W2 (DOE)

12 months or longer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops new and/or integrates existing system simulation framework and software architecture Simulates real-time operations and develops software that simulates behavior of systems. Performs operational analysis and mission effectiveness analysis. Analyses using Python tool to evaluate and trade off different system configurations and hardware specifications Expansion of analytical capabilities of analysis tool to perform new analyses requested by customers Provide application-specific advocacy to maintain tool within the High Power Computing (HPC) infrastructure and the greater Corporate IT environment Communicate project status to the Payload Systems Engineering Lead

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

US Citizenship is required. Must have an active Top Secret Polygraph Clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 0 years of experience. Working knowledge in one of the following languages: MATLAB, Python, C, or C++. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance.
