Job Summary Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our team. The role will be responsible for being at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Church & Dwight. About the Role The Associate Data Scientist will collaborate with diverse business units to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, leveraging data science and advanced analytics to deliver impactful solutions.

Work Environment Hybrid:

This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ, and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Insight Generation Utilize predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and trends within our vast data sets. Collaborative Consulting Partner with various business units to understand their needs, gather user requirements, and translate them into data products and solutions. Actionable Outcomes Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform business strategies and drive operational improvements. Data Storytelling Communicate complex analytical findings in a compelling and easily understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights lead to informed decision-making. Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies to continuously enhance our analytic capabilities. Skills and Competencies Analytical Expertise Strong foundation in data science methodologies, including predictive modeling, data mining, and machine learning. Business Acumen Ability to translate technical results into business context and provide actionable recommendations. Collaboration Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders across various functions. Problem-Solving Mindset Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges, with the creativity to develop innovative solutions

Education and Experience Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BS) with 2 or more years of experience is acceptable Experience with programming and data query languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred Agentic AI development experience is preferred Compensation and Benefits The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400-$84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
