Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Retirement Reporting Implementation Specialist to support the transition of district retirement. This role will focus on retirement data validation, reporting corrections, reconciliations, testing, training, and go-live support for either CalPERS or CalSTRS processing.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the subject-matter expert for CalPERS or CalSTRS retirement reportingReview payroll, employee, membership, earnings, and contribution data for complianceIdentify, research, correct, and document retirement reporting errorsReconcile earnings and contributions across payroll cycles and reporting periodsValidate retirement system membership and resolve discrepanciesExecute unit testing, file validation, defect resolution, and retestingPrepare documentation, training materials, and job aids for end usersProvide user support during implementation, go-live, and stabilizationPartner with project teams to resolve issues and track corrective actions
