Position Title :
Data Specialist I Location :
Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD Clearance required : ADP III (IT-III) designation minimum per DoD 5200.02; favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI); U.S. citizenship required for .mil domain access
Scope of Work:
Performs routine administrative data functions, including monitoring central mailboxes and EGS for incoming documents, processing technical reports and award documents, and entering or updating data in EGS. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Monitor central mailboxes and EGS for incoming documents. Process technical reports and award documents. Review documents for accuracy and completeness and make modifications as necessary. Enter and update data in EGS. Ability to perform routine administrative data processing functions accurately Attention to detail when reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness Familiarity with entering and updating data in a records or grants system U.S. citizenship; able to obtain a favorable NACI and ADP III designation
