Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Project Manager and Data Specialist to lead a juvenile rehabilitation project and record research data for state grant reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the full 2 year project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring program fidelity and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management , data collection and management, and cloud computing, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Join us to spearhead innovative solutions for our juveniles in Lycoming County, optimize project delivery, and contribute to our community. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of Botvin LST projects with fidelity. Develop comprehensive project workforce readiness curriculum using tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Exel to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Create workforce readiness facilitator guides, provide support to facilitators, create a project policy and procedures manual, provide detailed workflows weekly, complete quarterly project reports for grantors and project coordinator. Complete quarterly employee evaluations. Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to Princeton Health Fidelity and PCCD reporting requirement, PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), and JUMP governance standards. Oversee requirements monitoring all Botvin sessions, create detailed notes on test cases, record user progress , and ensure successful implementation aligned with organization needs. Coordinate with the program coordinator and board of directors on project status updates, deliverables, and changes needed to manage initiatives. Must be able to foster effective communication across multiple cohort teams, grant funders, and executive leadership. Drive enterprise solutions implementation by integrating cloud computing platforms as needed; oversee migration strategies including EPIS software, PCCD EGrants Portal Reporting, and recording data for stakeholders and grantors. Supervise all project cohorts in program delivery and development and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project lifecycles. Paid Mandatory training is required weekly virtually with EPIS and PCCD staff. Bi-Weekly in person performance meetings are held with project coordinator when necessary to discuss how the project is performing and any challenges or concern. Skills Extensive experience creating or managing projects with fidelity. Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong understanding of SDLC processes, PMBOK guidelines, fidelity and governance frameworks, and risk management strategies. Technical expertise in cloud computing platforms and the ability to learn to use new software for data analysis and management. Ability to process data from surveys using statistical analysis tools to process data accurately. Ability to gather detailed data, develop test cases for successful application testing, develop pre/post surveys for data collection and manage data collection for all cohorts effectively. Demonstrated leadership in project & program management supervision; excellent organizational skills for project scheduling and resource allocation. Skilled in stakeholder communication, negotiation, team leadership, organizational skills, and time management to ensure successful project delivery. Familiarity with program development practices like trial phases and testing/ development, experience with PCCD EGrants Portal, Botvin LST, or other evidence based program is a plus. Must provide all 5 child clearances Including FBI fingerprinting, Mandated Reporting, Child abuse Clearance, State Criminal Clearance, and National Sex Offender Registry Clearance. Mandatory Trainings are required! If you do not have knowledge of Botvin LST or any evidence based program an on-site 8 hour un-paid training may be required depending on your knowledge of evidence based programs and program development processes.
