Job Description
Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and tune Oracle databases, including Oracle 12c, 19c, and later versions, across production and non-production environments Manage database backup and recovery using RMAN Support and maintain high-availability environments using Oracle Data Guard and RAC Perform database patching and upgrades Execute database changes during scheduled off-hours maintenance windows Perform capacity planning and database performance tuning Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate resolutions Support application teams with schema changes, database refreshes, and release activities Maintain database security, access controls, and audit compliance Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to database incidents as required Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience Bachelor's Degree Skills Oracle Database Administration RMAN Oracle Data Guard Oracle RAC Database Monitoring MySQL Administration Database Upgrades and Patching Backup and Recovery High Availability and Disaster Recovery Incident Management Issue Analysis Patch Management Performance Tuning Resource Management Access Control Change Management Compliance Management Production Support Schedule Start date: 2026-10-15
