Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
Experience:
3-5 years of Business Systems Administration experience, including 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Salesforce data and perform database/duplicate cleansing. Manage Salesforce tickets, system issues, and user inquiries. Provide end-user support and Salesforce training. Prepare reports and document processes and system changes. Support Salesforce roles, profiles, and user provisioning. Identify trends and recommend system improvements.
Requirements:
Salesforce Administrator certification. Strong understanding of Salesforce administration. Ability to understand Apex, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Experience with tools such as Gearset, Gong, Outreach, FormAssembly, Nintex, or Talkdesk is preferred. Real estate or mortgage industry experience is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
