Job Description

T-SQL Developer Overview Seeking an experienced Microsoft T-SQL Developer to support and enhance custom applications while developing new database solutions. This role will focus on complex SQL development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and database design. Key Responsibilities Design and develop database structures, including tables, indexes, views, functions, and stored procedures. Write, maintain, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Troubleshoot and support existing custom applications and database solutions. Monitor and improve database performance, reliability, security, and availability. Support data extraction, transformation, and loading activities. Analyze existing SQL queries and database processes to identify performance improvements. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, database teams, and developers to deliver solutions. Create technical documentation for database design, development, and testing. Identify database issues and provide timely solutions. Qualifications 3+ years of SQL Server development experience. Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Experience with database design, data modeling, and normalization. Strong SQL query development and performance-tuning skills. Experience with SQL Server tools such as SSMS, Profiler, and DTA. Ability to design and implement database schemas. Understanding of data security and privacy principles. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
