Job Description
Permanent opening for a hands-on technical leader to support mission-critical data center operations. This role oversees power and cooling systems, guides technicians, coordinates vendor maintenance, and helps ensure safe, uninterrupted operations.
•This role is onsite in Conesville, OH
•
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and oversee UPS, generators, electrical distribution, HVAC, chillers, and BMS. Review maintenance procedures and change requests to mitigate operational risks. Mentor technicians and support training, emergency response, and incident investigations. Coordinate maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and vendor activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of data center or critical facilities operations experience. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience leading technicians or serving as a senior technical resource. Familiarity with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, safety practices, and change management.
